Elegant and sophisticatedly timeless! Very quick shipping, with a nice note from shop owner and packaged nicely enough to give as a gift. But - they're mine!!!!!! They had been on my favorites list for months, so happy with my new earrings!

Custom and personalized orders
I am a photographer and I do my best to shoot the colors as closes as possible to the real products. Please note colors you see on your monitor are not always the same as the real item. It depends on your monitor, so I cannot give you a guarantee that your monitor display the colors in the right way.

CUSTOM ORDERS
Please feel free to contact me with your requests. I will walk you through the design process, materials and final pricing before I design any piece. I do many custom orders. Special orders are priced accordingly.
Sizing details
I try to do my best in describing and photographing my items accurately. Please read the descriptions carefully, specially on bracelets.
If you are unsure about anything before you purchase, please just contact me and I’ll happily answer any questions that you may have. I will guide you through how to measure your wrist for a bracelet. I describe details and size of the clasp in all of the bracelets, please make sure to consider the clasp size when you are doing your measurements.
Please don't purchase a bracelet if it is not your size. Contact me to check on availability and placing an order with your specific size.

International Shipping
I do ship internationally. Please understand due to so many shipping policies of different countries design by behin is not responsible if a package is held up in your country's customs office or lost. I have tracking number that I will provide to you that USA post office gives me for each package when I mail your package to your country. I was told by the USA post office that they can only track the package from US to custom department of each country. After that is not possible for us to track the package.
Import Tax might be collected by each country’s mail carrier prior to release of the package. Please understand that design by behin is not responsible for any import taxes or customs fees.
Care instructions
All pieces in my shop are design in a clean, smoke free, pet free environment.
I do my best to design each piece with utmost care and attention to every details. I also pack each piece carefully, to make sure there is no damages possible during shipping. Care for jewelry and scarves have been included in each listing.
For hygiene reasons, even in my shows I make sure no one ever try on an earrings.
Exchange and Return
I guarantee all my work and I pay extreme attention to details of each piece. I don't do exchange or return in my etsy shop. All sales are final.
This is a one woman's shop. At this time, my small independent business can't afford to accept exchange or returns.
The only time I accept return is if an item is damaged in shipping. On all the years at Etsy I never had a damaged piece in shipping.
I do my best to provide my clients with great quality pieces. Just like I prefer to buy something new, I make sure every piece in my shop designed in the best condition; best quality of materials, pet free, smoke free environment.
I can't guarantee how a piece handled when left my shop and because of that I don't accept exchange or return.
