1 out of 5 starsThe vendor didn't recognize my order which was supposed to be for a Christmas gift for at least two weeks. She said she was busy moving and had not checked her orders. You would think that at Christmastime she would pay close attention to her orders. She refunded my money because it was too late to send, but I think she had sold it to someone else.

I am very sorry I was unable to fulfill her order. After selling and moving from our home of 28 years, my husband and I moved in with my uncle while we are building our home. We brought only our clothes and my etsy items. Unfortunatly, he didn't have internet when we moved in and it took some time to get it installed, causing a delay in recieving my orders. Also, because of the move, my items were packed in boxes and not very organized. I chose to refund her purchase price as I could not locate the item she had purchased in a timely manner, so she could purchase another gift. I have not sold the items to anyone else. It has been a very difficult time with the the packing, moving and unpacking. I feel my history of feedback is a true reflection of the service I have provided to my customers.
