I've just stocked up my store with handmade functional porcelain pieces that are wood or lumber inspired. They look great used and when they are not in use can make a great center piece. Each piece has some hidden element that is a surprise, like a decal flower on the inner lip or images of axes and saws in the ornate decoration. A little something for the person who owns it and for the person who notices it.
