Expedited Shipping / Shipping Times
Yes, we can ship expedited.
At no extra cost, we normally ship Priority which takes 2-3 days to arrive. If the item is super light we will ship First Class which takes 2-4 days to arrive. Please allow 2 to 3 days for us to get your package ready for shipping. If you need it faster -
Please contact us to confirm we can meet your time frame.
Store Credit / Exchanges
How do you exchange an item that didn't work out?
We accept returns for store credit.
→ Please email us before you plan to return the item.
→ The item must be returned in the same condition.
→ The item must be delivered to us within 7 days of delivered date.
→ Shipping charges are non-refundable.
→ Credit will expire in 1 year.
Reserves / Holds
An item may be placed on reserve/hold for 3 days. If a longer time is needed, please contact us to discuss. A non-refundable deposit may be required for reserves/holds longer than 3 days. We don't hold items during a store sale.
Tracking Your Order / Customs Fees
All orders will receive a tracking number once the package has shipped. It is your responsibility to keep up to date on your tracking information and know when your package has/will arrived. You can easily click the tracking number on your order form to see this information.
Most international counties charge a customs fee. It is your responsibly to pay this otherwise the package will be returned to us!
As Described / Vintage Used Condition
All of our items are sold as "vintage condition." Since they have been previously used, items will have some sign of wear. We do our best to represent this through photos and descriptions.
Please read and view the description and photos before purchase. To ensure your item fits, please double-check & compare the listing and/or estimated size listed in the description and your own size to get the best fit. If you are unsure and have a question about the size or appearance (i.e color, shape, length) of an item, contact us and we will gladly send you more pictures and/or possibly model them for you or take additional measurements. We do not give refunds for items that do not fit or for slight color variations.
