These conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relations between DiviNéa bijoux – Resp Gladys MARCIN- 22 AVENUE DU MAL DE LATTRE DE TASSIGNY, 69500 BRON- N° SIRET: 514 836 717 00025- NAF 3213Z - and the Individual Customer (person acting outside his professional activity), in the context of distance selling via the ETSY-site. The resale of products purchased on the website is strictly prohibited.
The conditions are applicable to any purchase made by a Customer on the DiviNéa la Boutique website.
The acquisition of a direct property from DiviNéa bijoux implies an unreserved acceptance by the Customer of these general conditions of sale.

1 – GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

The validation of your payment implies your acceptance of the GTC.

2 - TERMS OF PURCHASE / ORDER
2.1 – AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
Our product offers and prices are valid only for products visible on the site, within the limits of available stocks.
Errors or modifications may exceptionally exist, especially in the case of simultaneous orders of the same product by several customers. In such an event we will inform you by email or telephone as soon as possible, offering you either to order another item presented on the DiviNéa la Boutique website, or to cancel your order. In case of unavailability of certain items ordered only the price and transport costs relating to the available products will be debited.

We make every effort to guarantee that the colors and patterns of the photos of DiviNéa jewelry products displayed on the DiviNéa La Boutique website are faithful to the original products.
Similarly, the names of the materials used may exceptionally be subject to error. In such cases, this does not change the price of the product to be invoiced or invoiced.

The price is expressed in euros.
It does not include transportation costs.
The price indicated in the Order confirmation is the final price expressed all taxes included and including VAT. It includes the price of the products as well as transport costs, handling and packaging costs.
Any order placed on the site and shipped outside the metropolitan France may be subject to any taxes and customs duties that are imposed when the package reaches its destination.

Customs duties and any taxes related to the delivery of an item are the responsibility and are the responsibility of the customer

3.1 - PAYMENT
All prices displayed on the site are expressed in euros.
It does not include transportation costs.

Payment is due in full from the date of the order. The sums collected cannot be considered as a deposit. An order will be considered as sold when all the products have been shipped and you have paid in full for the products and your participation in the shipping costs.

In case of incomplete payment:
If a payment dispute remains, DiviNéa bijoux retains full ownership of the products for sale, until the collection of all sums due on the occasion of the order (including fees and taxes).

The availability and/or shipping times are determined according to the date of registration of payment by check, credit card or bank transfer.

A summary invoice accompanies your order.

4 - SHIPPING COSTS - DELIVERY

Shipping costs are 8 euros (€) for the Metropolitan France, Andorra, Monaco. They are free from 60 euros (€) of purchase
They are 12 euros (€) to the DOM and free from 80 euros of purchases.

They are 16 euros (€) for Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland and free of charge from 100 euros (€).

These thresholds are subject to change without notice.
The participation requested is indicated before the validation of the order.

Below this threshold, the rate is calculated by including as a basis the rates Colissimo Suivi, So Colissimo or Chronopost.

DiviNéa bijoux cannot be held liable for any delays inherent in the delivery of products in France or abroad, the company that ensures their delivery being fully responsible for said service.
The products will be sent to the delivery address indicated by the buyer during the ordering process.

The costs incurred for the reshipment of the order in such a case would be at your expense.

No order for which a post office box, post office or Cedex address is provided will result in the shipment of products, even if the payment is validated.

4.3 - DELIVERY/ RECEPTION PROBLEM
Any defect or delay in delivery must be reported to our Customer Service as soon as possible. Any claim made beyond thirty 30 calendar days after the date of validation of your order can not be taken into account.
