Payment

Accepts Paypal, credit cards and debit cards. Prompt payment is essential as no item will be despatched or started on until payment is received. You cannot cancel your order if the item has already been despatched or personalisation has commenced.

Shipping

All items are shipped by Royal Mail second class post. Art prints and originals will be despatched in up to 3 working days. Please allow up to six weeks for personalised or made to order items. I will always aim to complete the item in the shortest possible time. If a personalisable item is required at short notice, contact me prior to purchase with the date and details of your requirements. I will assess if it is achievable and get back to you as promptly as possible. If it is possible, you will then need to order your item through etsy.
