It is unfortunate the issue could not be resolved. I do believe in her review of my shop, the buyer has stated an inaccurate perspective of what transpired concerning the sale and conversations thereafter. For others reading this, rest assured, Etsy is a wonderful place to shop. I personally take much pride in the little corner of my one person shop (it's just me) that I occupy in the Etsy community.
