Right of withdrawal:

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days, stating reasons.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day of receipt of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact me (Eszter Homokay, Rrozgonyi Piroska 22. 1031 Budapest, Hungary, homokay.eszter@gmail.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, or email). inform you about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

In order to meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of revocation:

If you revoke this contract, I must immediately reimburse you for all payments that I have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs arising from return shipping). For this purpose, you must return the goods immediately in any case at the latest to be returned or delivered to me at the above address within fourteen days from the day on which you notify me of your cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen day period has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

For this repayment I will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value results from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

Exchanges and returns:

If there is something wrong with the item you ordered or you are not satisfied, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and we will try to find a solution together.

If we cannot find a common solution, you can send the item back to me 21 days after delivery; the buyer will pay the shipping costs.

Exchanges are not possible for individually manufactured and personalized items.

Return conditions in case of a return:

Buyers are responsible for shipping costs for returns. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
