How do I take advantage of the "Buy 2 get 1 free" offer:
1. Purchase any 2 e-items (this offer is unlimited! Buy 4 get 2 free etc.)
2. Message the additional item(s) you would like as your freebie.
3..The download link for the free item will be sent to you via Etsy's Message system.
4. The FREE items cannot be chosen from any of the "collection downloads" or any of the Downton Abbey/Andover e-Booklets and printed booklets. All other e-items can be chosen.

Can I use a PHONE to DOWNLOAD the PDFs?
In short, you don't. Etsy's Phone App is lacking when it comes to features that are available online, but not on their Phone App.

If you are running into problems getting your pattern downloads, using your phone is the number one problem and can be resolved by using Etsy's website on an actual computer. (see below for steps on finding the PDF files in your account on Etsy's website.)

When will I get an ANSWER to my message that I sent to you?

I've not received any information from Etsy about my purchases, where can I find my digital purchase DOWNLOAD LINKS?

The problem you are running into is probably because you purchased the item on a phone and/or you didn't sign up for an Etsy account, but bought your purchase as a "guest". You can remedy this by using an actual computer to download your PDF files, and by signing up for an Etsy Account (simple and quick to do.)

NOTE: Please see below for the steps to find your links on Etsy - very easy to find!

As soon as I am able to get to my computer throughout the day, and I see your message, I will send you an Etsy Message with all the download links and instructions. Usually immediately, but definitely within 24 hours (very rare to wait that long!)

What is the 1920's "One Hour Dress"? Is it a paper pattern?

This lovely booklet was first printed in 1924 by Mary Picken. The booklet does not contain any actual "patterns" to cut out and place on fabric.
What it is, is a METHOD. You must measure yourself per the instructions and from those measurements, cut out large geometric fabric shapes (rectangles mostly.) The booklet then shows you how to make a basic dress that is of the simple, loose fitting style of that time.

If you attempted to download the item using your MOBILE PHONE, it is important to recognize that mobile apps, including Etsy's, may have LIMITATIONS in terms of user-friendliness and ease of use, as well as compared to their desktop websites.

In this case, Etsy's app does not provide the optimal experience for downloading PDFs or receiving prompt information.

It is recommended to use a desktop/laptop computer on Etsy's website for downloading PDFs on Etsy's website.

If you are having trouble finding your digital purchase download LINKS, you can always locate them here on Etsy by following these steps:

1. Go to the "YOUR ACCOUNT" section at the top right of the Etsy page.

2. Click on "PURCHASES" in the Drop-Down Window.

3. Select the transaction for the e-item you purchased from me.

4. On the right side of the page, you should see the status "Ready to Download" along with a "Download Files" button underneath. (Note: Etsy may modify the layout, so the wording might be slightly different.)

5. Click on the button to initiate the PDF file download.
