Your purchase will be shipped 1-2 days after the payment is received (Exclusions are Saturdays and Sundays, and official holydays, when courier offices are not working). The shipment will be sent to your Etsy address, unless otherwise stated.
I will see to, that your purchase will be carefully packed, so no damage can occur and to be sent in time.
Insurance is not included in the shipping price (unless stated), therefore there is no indemnity coverage for items damaged or lost in transit.
Insurance is an option if you want.
I will not be held responsible for any transit damage or transit loss that may occur. Please request insurance if this is a concern for you. This means that if your package is delayed or lost, I can chase your package. And if lost, I can't take responsibility.
