Do you take custom orders?
We're happy to adapt any of our designs to match your tastes, or even create a new product just for you! Just send us a message, and we'll iron out the details together. Please be aware that some custom requests may have a different price point or lead time, depending upon the materials required.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Due to the unique, handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, please feel free to contact us if you have any problems with your order. We're happy to correct any mistakes!
How do I take care of my charm, necklace, bow, and/or floral ears?
Elle & Charming accessories are guaranteed to last with proper care. We strongly recommend removing your item before bathing, swimming, exercising, or sleeping. Additionally, be careful not to damage your item with excessive pulling, tugging, or pressure. With proper care, your handmade item will last for many years to come!
I need to receive my order by a certain date. Will it arrive in time?
If you have concerns about an item arriving by a certain date, please send us a message. Many of our items are made-to-order and have a lead time of 5-7 days, while others are on-hand and ready to ship. Each case is a bit different, so it's best to always contact us in advance!
