My jewelry is made to order. Most items take 3 to 5 days for me to make. Please keep this in mind when placing an order that you need for a particular date. Upgrading to faster shipping will not alter my processing time, only the speed of shipping. You should consider upgrading to faster shipping if you want your package to arrive on time. Please contact me for my current processing times.

Please read the full item description so that you will know what you are buying. Item description includes measurements, type of metal and finish. I also show the piece being worn by a model. The item you receive will be made to order to your specifications and exactly as described in the listing.

Jewelry is sent in a gift box with a ribbon. Multiple items will be sent in the same box. Buying gifts and need separate boxes? Leave me a message in the Notes to Seller box at checkout if you need a separate box for each item.

Please check your shipping address carefully. I ship to the address as it appears on the order.

USPS SHIPPING DELAYS
I ship via USPS. They are awesome! (most of the time)
Let me know right away if your package has not arrived in a timely manner. I will make every effort to help you find out what has happened and to get your package to you. If the tracking has not updated, and USPS can't locate your package after 6 weeks, I will replace or refund your order. But I do need to wait the full 6 weeks to do this. I'm sure you understand!
