This all depends, I usually get all of my orders out well before the "ship date" but occasionally, my queue can get over 20+ orders and it can be difficult for me to rush a specific item. No, all of my items are the hand lettered pieces only. The majority of the listing photos are the professional photos I receive from the client in the manner they themselves have decided to display their hand lettered items from me (scrolls, table numbers, place cards, etc).

Due to the customization nature of my products, refunds are not offered.

Unfortunately, since all of my custom runners are made on paper, you generally aren't able to use them multiple times.

For all oversized scrolls on the ivory/white paper are the thickest option for paper that will lay, move and roll up like a scroll - they CANNOT be any thicker, otherwise they wouldn't roll up (ie: cardstock, canvas, fabric, etc).

For the kraft paper table runners, I use trimaco kraft paper, NOT BUTCHER paper.

**All options are made for 1-time use, unless well taken care of. From experience, I used the aisle runner for my own wedding 6 years ago, with other people and myself walking on it, I do still have the aisle runner preserved without tears.
