Shipping times vary as I run my shop solo, I try to keep an average of 1-3 working days processing time but occasionally in busier periods this can be up to a week. I update my processing times regularly so the time next to your order will be how long it will take.

Unfortunately shipping internationally is very expensive and unpredictable and in fact I often lose money on international orders if they end up being heavier than expected. I also have to fill in customs forms in person for all items going abroad (rather than drop and go method for UK). I was initially absorbing some of this cost but in some cases I was almost giving pots away! I have tried to keep the cost fair and do not charge any additional postage for multiple pots. I am currently testing offering international delivery on my smaller items however if this is not well received I will return to domestic postage only.

The pot may already have been sold or it may only be able to be posted within the UK. However if you have fallen in love with a pot please feel free to message on Etsy and I can check if I still have it and/or work out custom postage fee to send larger items internationally.

I don't currently undertake commissions or custom orders as my lead times are too long and I work in a shared studio so outcomes can be a little precarious at times! However, I release new pots onto my Etsy shop once a month so if there was a piece you loved there may well be another one to fall in love with on it's way!
