By day, Chris is a commercial HVAC service tech and by night, he assists Amy in maintaining/repairing the 4 lasers we have on hand.

While Kason trains and performs his first love of playing the marimba for traveling bugle corps and independent performance groups, he works for us part-time running our lasers and caring for our shop and inventory.

Korynn too has joined the family biz part-time as we grow her to a full-time position running our printers, presses & assembling our products. Just like Amy, she was born a creative, and is learning to design to contribute more to the business.

The ONLY shipping method that is guaranteed is USPS Priority Express which can be selected at checkout.

Where is my package?

In over 10 years of shipping orders I believe I've only had 1 order that's been truly lost so I'm certain it's still on it's way! A package is not considered lost until after 30 days.

- No tracking updates have been posted: This is not uncommon. Packages can be delayed and/or not scanned for several days.

- It has been much longer than the estimated ship time when I placed my order: Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

- My order is late and I'd like to have my order reshipped or refunded: I do not offer refunds or replacements due to shipping delays.
