The best outcome for everyone is to get it right the first time, so PLEASE ask the target of your gift giving for their size information! Actual MEASUREMENTS are much more useful than a size name, as terms like "Medium" actually have no standardized meaning--ESPECIALLY for women's garments.

All of the WOMEN's garments have an HOURGLASS shape, or waist. See one of the men's styles if you don't want that.

I realize that shirts purchased as gifts may delay the discovery of fitment issues, so I accept exchanges up to 90-days. The best outcome for everyone is to get it right the FIRST time, so please see my Sizing Details FAQ.

Only unworn (other than to try on), unwashed items in their original condition may be exchanged. You pay return shipping and any difference in price between the original and replacement item. You can use plain paper and tape it to the package with clear shipping tape if you don't happen to have shipping labels to print on. PirateShip.com is cheaper than paying retail rates at the Post Office.

Clearance or customized items cannot be exchanged.

If you received a defective item, or the wrong item, please write to me and describe what seems to have gone wrong. Attach a photo if that seems appropriate.

SINGLE ITEMS
If you would like one of my designs printed on a specific brand/style/size/color of garment/thing that I do not offer, feel free to ask. I'll let you know if the design would work as desired, and what, if any, additional expense it would entail.

Also, although I cannot ADD anything to a design, I can BLOCK portions of a design from printing. For instance, you may like the image but not the text that goes with it.

MASS QUANTITIES
If you want a custom version of one of my designs for your entire team/group/sleeper-cell, write to me with what you have in mind. This would involve making new art/film/screens so the costs are best spread over a quantity of shirts.

We believe in DIY gift wrapping. So, yeah, Do It Yourself!

However, if you would like it in a poly mailer or USPS Priority Mailer, I've got you covered!

I do not accept cancellations. However, if you make a change or cancellation request before I start work on your order, I may--solely at my discretion--change or cancel it per your desire. Once I have irrevocably committed time and materials to your order, you will be expected to pay for it; this includes my acquiring materials required for a custom order.

The maximum size is approximately 10 inches wide by 13 inches tall. In most cases width determines the size of the print, but tall skinny designs will be limited by height instead.

The larger the shirt, the smaller the design will appear in comparison; and the smaller the shirt, the larger the design will seem. Our designs are sized to look best on mid-sized men's shirts, while not quite being too large for a small women's shirt.

NOTE Most of our photos depict designs on small garments so that the design itself is large enough to be comprehensible when displayed in Etsy's search results.
