I have remastered a large selection of work from my favorite artists and print these on gallery quality fine art papers. Most of my prints are also available on deep edge box canvas panels.

Cancellations

Payment

Prints are made to order and usually posted on the same or next business day following payment.
Cancellations are not possible once work has started on your prints as each order is custom printed.

Shipping

Delivery is via Royal Mail, air mail for small orders and can take from 5 to 18 working days. (Deliveries to South Africa are frequently subject to delays of up to 5 weeks.)
Deliveries at busy times (holidays) and to remote locations may take longer.
Please note - larger prints are shipped in postal tubes which may be too large to fit in a mail box - please check with your local post office to determine if they are holding items for you.
Standard shipping is not tracked only for most counties. If you need a signed for service for your parcel - all orders can be upgraded to tracked and signed for services at the checkout.

Art prints sent internationally are not usually subject to import duties by USA. Goods supplied to the EU under 150 euro can be incorporated in the Etsy IOSS payment system and Etsy will deduct the VAT at the time of the sale. Goods supplied to the EU with a value exceeding 150 Euro will be shipped on a Duty/VAT paid by purchaser on receipt basis. The delivery company will charge the relevant VAT and fees which will have to be paid before your goods are released.

Standard International shipping can be upgraded at the checkout to include "tracked and signed for" to most destinations.

This shipping upgrade will allow you to check on your package from posting to delivery with updates at each handling point. A signature will be required on delivery for the upgraded service. Some countries including Australia do not have a tracked and signed service from the UK - you can choose tracked or signed for.

Please note that items which require a signature will be held at a local post office if no one is available to sign for the delivery. It is important that you check on your parcel tracking status as non-collected items will be returned to sender after a week or so. In the event that a signed for package is not collected after delivery has been attempted and the package is returned to sender, it will be the buyers responsibility to pay for an additional delivery and asccociated fees.

Items sent to a PO box, college box, drop box or Armed Services Postal service cannot be signed for - a copy of the proof of posting voucher is available upon request and the buyer assumes all risks with orders to these addresses.

Shipping times are based on information supplied by Royal Mail and USPS and are guidelines only as neither organisation will guarantee delivery times for Air Mail. Items which have not arrived after 35 working days (42 for South Africa) will be re-sent at no extra charge. Lost in transit claims cannot be made for tracked or signed for items which have been listed as delivered by the postal service.
Claims for non-delivery musy be submitted within 21 days of dispatch.

Most prints are available in metric and imperial sizes. If a size you want is not listed - just ask!
All measurements are +/-2mm.
Prints are produced using the latest HP and Epson printers with UV pigment inks and high quality art papers. Custom prints can be up to 44 inches wide and any length.

Privacy

This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services through Etsy.com or its related sites and services.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that I do not own or control, including Etsy or any third party services you access through Etsy. You can reference the Etsy Privacy Policy to learn more about its privacy practices.

Information I Collect

To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorised Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order of jewellery, for example), if you contact me directly.

Why I Need Your Information and How I Use It

I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:

as needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;
when you have provided your affirmative consent, which you may revoke at any time, such as by signing up for my mailing list;
if necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law; and

Information Sharing and Disclosure

Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.

I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, I may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. If I am deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, I rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.

Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the contact information below.
Change, restrict, delete. You may also have rights to change, restrict my use of, or delete your personal information. Absent exceptional circumstances (like where I am required to store data for legal reasons) I will generally delete your personal information upon request.
Object. You can object to (i) my processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from me after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.

Can I have a special size printed?

I am always happy to print custom sizes - just send details of your requirements

Sizing details

Each size option is detailed in the listing description and most prints are also available as ready to hang canvas panels. The canvas options are usually at the bottom of the drop down size lists and all prefixed "canvas"
Custom sizes are available on request.

How long does it take to ship my order?

All orders are printed in-house and shipped within 1-3 working days. Total shipping time varies by country but most international deliveries arrive within 12 working days. At peak periods, or for delivery to remote areas this may take longer - you can check on your items progress on your tracking link if you have paid for a tracking service.

I want to send a gift directly - can you add a gift note?

Of course, just send the text in the notes to seller box at the checkout. Our receipts do not contain pricing information.

I want to buy a set of prints - can I substitute one of the prints for another listed in your store?

Always happy to substitute - please add a note to seller at the checkout detailing which prints(s) you would like to replace.
