I also sell regularly at craft markets and fairs. Personal information I collect: To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorised Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order of a mobile, for example), if you contact me directly. I use this information solely for processing your order. All your information is stored by Etsy and I have no other record of any of your information. I do not and would not ever share any of your information - even with my pet robot hoover. The ONLY exception to this is should an order go missing, or be damaged en route to you, I have to provide your name and address, plus the value of the order, to Royal Mail, in order to claim compensation for the missing/damaged item. They in turn will only use this information in order to confirm that the item has indeed be lost, and will not share this information with any other parties. Thankfully, items are rarely lost in the post, so this is unlikely to happen.
