Announcement    Welcome to our dog collar shop that my daughter Elizabeth & I Susan began in 2009. We offer quality well-constructed custom-made quick / flat side release buckle dog collars & Martingale dog collar styles all made by Susan. We don't offer monograming or combination Martingale with side release buckle. Martingale collars do NOT have a buckle to open collar.

We use USPS 1st class Ground Advantage since USPS has replaced First Class Mail and Parcel Select Ground. The new service offers the same 2–5 day delivery.

Measure dogs neck. COLLARS ORDERED IN WRONG SIZE ARE NOT RETURNABLE, REFUNDABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE ONCE WE MAIL since all items are custom made. We do NOT accept returns if ordered collar does NOT fit if miss ordered.

+ If you have placed an order but need to change it, or cancel it please advise us within 8 hours of order otherwise I may have already made or sent item, it's then too late to cancel or return. so only accept order cancellation if collar has NOT been made & mailed. We do NOT accept returns if ordered collar does NOT fit if miss ordered.

Each item has a drop-down detailed description section that describes each item including sizing. Once collar has been mailed we will not accept it back or make a refund. Please measure dogs actual neck prior to ordering or advise me within 24 hours of order so I can change size.
Every item is custom made for you by Susan within 1 -5 days of placing your order, mailed free via USPS rapid ground W/ 3–5-day delivery mailed from Arizona, possible USPS postal shipping delays we have no control of. We only ship within the USA. we can't monogram.

Fairytail Collars offers dog collars in flat side snap release closure collars & martingale collars in 3/4", 1" & 1.5" widths that are custom made for each dog.
Since custom made, we don't accept returns if incorrectly ordered. We are happy to assist with order or sizing if asked.

Please read "entire" collar listing description prior to ordering for perfect fitting collar. Measure circumference of dogs' actual neck & head for Martingale, refer to our size guide in listing descriptions.

Collar/item ordered in wrong size, style or color once completed & mailed is not refundable, returnable or exchangeable since it’s custom. You are responsible for your order.

Most collars with flat quick release can be made in a Martingale style instead with the MG upgrade, without the side Release closure.

Webbing is the soft sturdy heavy duty woven nylon base that the ribbon is sewn onto making the collar strong, durable & giving structure. We have many colors of webbing to choose from.

Our custom-made dog collars & items allow for your choice of webbing color, ribbon, collar style & sizing options. We have over 300 unique ribbons. We also offer plain nylon collars & plain leashes (no ribbon).

Please measure dogs' "actual" neck (and head & neck for Martingales) then refer to size guide in each collar listing.

Please do NOT measure a current collar, it's not accurate.

Fairytail Collars offers: 3/4", 1" and 1.5" widths. Our collars and plain leashes are made with soft heavy duty nylon webbing, reinforced stitching for maximum strength and the highest quality, welded, heavy duty, custom nickel-plated steel hardware, and will not break under normal use.

It is advised that martingale collars are not left on without supervision & only for training for dogs over approx. 4-5 months. Some people purchase a martingale collar for walks, training & outings and a flat side release/quick snap collar for home use.

NEVER LEAVE A DOG UNATTENDED WHILE WEARING A MARTINGALE COLLAR DUE TO POSSIBLE CHOKING & NEVER LET DOGS PLAY WITH A MARTINGALE OR ANY COLLAR, LIKE A QUICK RELEASE, DUE TO JAW BECOMING CAUGHT ON D RING OR MARTINGALE LOOP.

Your order will be made with care, we will confirm your order and notify you once mailed with mailing info. and tracking number. Please allow us 2-5 days to custom make & mail your order. Orders are shipped via USPS 1st class. Postal delivery is approx. 3-5 business days in USA unless USPS is delayed, we no longer ship International.

NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS GIVEN ONCE ITEMS HAVE BEEN SENT UNLESS WE MADE AN ERROR WITH THE ITEM RECEIVED.
MEASURE DOGS NECK for Side release collar, for martingale also measurement head circumference.
You are responsible for ordering the correct size, style, length & width of collar.

Please measure your dogs' actual neck to determine circumference and collar length & width needed.

Once you receive notice that item was sent, you need to track package then collect from mailbox quickly if box doesn't lock. We are NOT responsible once USPS marks package as delivered. If you don't receive then you need to go to the USPS site with your tracking # & submit a claim & have USPS track package, it's possible that package was delivered to incorrect address or mail carrier delivered to incorrect address.

Return Policy: The buyer is responsible for all items ordered in the correct size, color, width, style & length. We send a confirmation after order is placed.
We ask buyer to advise us within 8 hours if any change on order is needed. If we do NOT receive a reply, I make the item as ordered in the size ordered. Once mailed there is NO return.
For ALL collar styles: If you have received a collar that does not fit then it means; actual dogs' neck, &( head for Martingale), was either not measured not sent with order or actual neck wasn't measured.

If you received a collar that did not fit and the dogs' actual measurements or info. was not taken, NO refunds, exchanges or returns. Buyer is responsible for measuring dog & ordering correct size.
If there is a problem or concern regarding any item received (other than being the wrong size) please contact us within Seven days of receiving item so we can come to a resolution. We stand behind all of our items, if there was a mistake on our part, or if there was a flaw in the collar/item, we stand behind & replace item.
Cancellations:

We are NOT responsible for damage or fraying of collar due to dog chewing or during rough play.

If you cancel your order, please advise us within 8 hours after placing order otherwise I may have begun or mailed your item. If you place an order then cancel order within 8 hours of order, we refund you in full if item has not been mailed to you yet.
