All items are shipped via Royal Mail from the UK. Tracking numbers will be provided if tracked shipping is selected at check out. Tracked shipping does not come as standard through this courier.

Europe - 3-5 working days

All packaging used is ethically sourced. Plastic use is kept to a minimum unless it is an absolute necessity.
When purchasing Polymer charms extra care with packaging is required to ensure safe delivery as they are a very fragile item. This is why shipping costs are a little more expensive on these listings.
