Shipping
Upon request I can send your parcel by Royal Mail's Special Delivery which will give you a tracking number to trace your parcels journey to you. Please note this will cost more and will need to be signed for when it reaches your door.
For international customers I send parcels by Royal Mail International Standard which means for Europe your parcel will arrive 3-5 working days from posting Upon request I can send your parcel with International tracked so you can trace your parcel. Please note this will cost more.
Postage to the USA is sent tracked and you will get a tracking number to follow your parcels journey. This normally takes on average 14 to 21 days to arrive at your door but may be longer if held up in customs.
Bare in mind if you are buying at a busy time of year for mail your parcel may take longer to reach you then stated.
While it is rare that a parcel is undelivered and normally would arrive on time. From time to time things get lost in transit, in these cases I allow up to 2 weeks for domestic deliveries and 4-5 weeks for international before refunding for non delivery.

If you are looking for something you can't find in my shop, I would be happy to customize something for you. Necklace and bracelet lengths can also be customized for most pieces. Also, if you like the style of a jewellery piece, but would like a different colour, many pieces can be replaced with different colours.
