Payment needs to be made in full before an item is shipped. I accept Paypal, card and Etsy vouchers.

All of my items are shipped from the UK to you and I aim to send off your purchases within 3-5 days (but usually quicker) of receiving your order. Unless otherwise stated normal shipping is 2nd Class Royal Mail UK postage or Standard Airmail to Europe or Overseas. Normal UK Second Class post will arrive internally within a week; international shipping will take longer. If you are in a hurry and need special postage, insured/tracked shipping, or a quick delivery please contact me via Etsy and I will give you a quote for the extra postage prices.

I will email you to confirm receipt of your order and that your order has been shipped. If you have a spam filter on your email account you might not receive these emails, so please check. Feel free to contact me via Etsy if you do not hear from me-- especially if you have questions about your order.

If your purchase is a gift and you are having me ship it directly to the recipient, I will gladly include a note from you on request-- just let me know who the gift is for and what you would like the note to say when you place the order.

Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred during international shipping.

Custom Orders
I do accept custom orders and commissions. Please contact me via Etsy to discuss your ideas, and we can decide together on paper choices, colour choices, design and size. Prices for custom orders will have to be made by quote; email me for more information.
