This is all very new to me I am a "stuff" person and selling my things is wierd but I believe in all the things I sell. I try to be very honest in my descriptions some are better than others and I will say that !!!

Immediate payment is expected. If you need more time to pay, please contact me before making a purchase. Thank you!
Shipping
Orders are usually shipped within 2 to 3 days.
All orders except larger, heavier items will be shipped by priority air mail, which does not include insurance or tracking for international orders.
Delivery times vary, but are generally around 10 to 14 business days for international orders. If your package takes longer to arrive, please be patient, as delivery can occasionally take a month or more, especially during the holidays.
INSURANCE
If you would like to purchase insurance at a small additional charge, please contact me and I'll be happy to arrange it. Packages usually arrive with no problems, but lost, stolen, or damaged mail can happen. Frenchfollie is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items if insurance is not purchased.
TRACKING
International shipping does not come with tracking. If you would like tracking for your package, at an additional charge, please contact me and I'll be happy to arrange it.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
I will always ship to your Etsy address. If you would like your order to be shipped to a different address instead, please provide the correct address when placing your order.
COMBINED SHIPPING
I always combine shipping for multiple purchases.
Combined orders that weigh more than 2 kg (4.4 lbs) will be shipped in two or more separate packages to meet postal regulations
Please note that shipping costs for combined orders are estimates.
SHIPPING COSTS
Please keep in mind that shipping costs include packing/printing/shipping materials, although when possible I will use recycled materials. I like things to arrive just like I would like to recieve them
If there are shipping and handling overcharges, you will be refunded via Paypal.
Additional policies and FAQs
Items can be placed on reserve for 72 hours. If a reserved item has not been purchased within 72 hours, it will be taken off reserve.
