What happens if an order is returned to sender, either because of an incorrect address or if the package is refused by the customer?
If a package is returned to Fresh Modern Fabric by mail, the store will contact the buyer to let them know. Once the customer has paid the appropriate shipping charges, the package will be reshipped to an updated address. If the customer does not want to pay shipping charges to reship the package, the order amount will be refunded minus a 25% restocking fee and the original shipping charges. The customer will get a refund for 75% of the merchandise total only.
