I ordered vinyl over 3 weeks ago and today when I messaged them to ask if they had sent it yet, I was told that their printers were down. Umm.. you could have contacted me 3 weeks ago and let me know this. I have customers waiting on orders and I have been waiting for my vinyl to be delivered. This is a inconvience and terrible customer service on their part. I will not be purchasing from this store in the future.
