What if I want to make a custom order?
I can put ANY image on ANY product that you see in my shop. So if you see an item that you like, but you want a different image on it, please message me and I will create a custom order for you. Please note that a custom fee of $10-$20 will be added to your order depending on the work involved.
Can I change the design of the dress?
I work with production partners who decide how items are designed. I play no part in the design process. All designs are as stated and can not be altered.

Do accept returns or exchanges?
Unfortunately, at this time, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a glaring product defect. I am using a model where each item is made specifically for each order. This means that the item does not exist in the world, until you order it. I do not carry an inventory, and can not simply order another item without first paying for it to be made. I also do not have a warehouse or any place that items can be returned to. Over time, I hope to expand my business enough so that I can pre-order numerous sizes and styles, so that I can then offer this service. But for now, PLEASE check sizing charts in the photos, and only order if you are sure about the item. Thanks for your understanding is a continue to grow and develop.
Custom and personalized orders
I am open to altering colours on some of my designs, as well as creating images from scratch (additional fees apply), based on a customers specific criteria. If you would like something SUPER unique, message me and let's get started!
