I am a Mexican-born photographer and artist living in Northern Utah. I picked up my first camera in 2001, mostly as a necessity, as my husband and I decided to incorporate art reproduction and printing services into our picture framing business. I have taken online classes and various workshops to learn new photography techniques over the years, however, I am mostly self-taught. My photography style has evolved from realism to impressionism as I love to incorporate multiple digital techniques to create unique images.
I started using encaustics, watercolors, and acrylics about five years ago to incorporate into my photography. I love to explore and mix different media to create colorful, abstract paintings.
Some of the things that make me happy: Family. Nature. Coffee. Food. Wine. Animals. Art. Photography. Love. And all things.
