I use vintage holy medals and findings in my handmade rosaries and religious bracelets, restoring them to their original purpose of prayer and devotion. I choose quality pieces and go to great lengths to find the perfect combination of materials. In most cases, I clean the medals but strive to preserve the warm patina that can only be acquired through age. Most are in very good condition, however, being vintage items, some show signs of use and wear ~ which I believe only adds to their beauty!
