First off I am based in the UK, so if you are buying from somewhere else then please take into account that it may take a while to get to you.
Everything I make is done to order unless I state I have it in stock so please factor that in too.

I am happy with paypal, or if you are in the UK I will accept a cheque and post out as soon as it clears.
I ask people to pay in full and you then have 48 hours to change your mind and get a full refund. After that I will consider 20% of the purchase price as a none refundable deposit, but you'll get the rest back.
I'll post things with customs declaration marking it as a gift but you are responsible for any cash etc that you need to pay in your country.

UK: Royal Mail, first class post, or recorded delivery if it's a pricier item. I'm happy to do anything you ask really, but if it costs lots extra you will have to pay the difference.
Everywhere else: I'll take advice from yourself and the Post Office and come back to you with some prices and options. I'll use the methods you choose although there will be a small charge. I'll work out the cheapest and best way to get it through customs for you, but you will be responsible for any charges at your end.
