It is stunning. Joanna's customer service is fantastic; she discussed with me what I wanted and made every effort to make sure I got the item I asked for, and in time. She sent me many photo's of the finished item to make sure I was 100% happy with it before it was sent out. As usual it was posted out quickly and very beautifully presented. Many thanks Joanna!

The products are packaged and shipped within 1 working day in average, from the day the payment is received by us. However, in some circumstances, the process may take a bit longer but should never exceed 3 weeks. We will contact you if there will be any issues in completing your order.
Please remember that our shipping fee covers not only postage, but also the bubble wraps, packaging of purchase, tape, printing label and ink as well as a small handling fee.
