All packages within the US are shipped USPS priority mail. This comes with a tracking # and 2 -3 day delivery. The USPS does NOT guarantee delivery time on priority mail shipping. If you have a short turnaround time that you need your package, please contact me to discuss upgraded shipping options that offer a guaranteed delivery date. This would incur additional costs to you.

A "Signature Required" can be added to your delivery at your request. Please contact me if you would like this added security on delivery.

All of my items are hand crafted at the time of your order and will have slight variations from the list picture.

Computer monitors, Phone and I-pad screens all depict colors unique to the device. I take the photos of my creations in natural light to show color, but you will see the shade/color your screen portrays.

If you desire a particular color or shade, please send me either a sample via mail to my shop or indicate the hue on Pantene's Color Chart.

I will always send you a picture before shipping so you can approve or suggest changes at that time.

Can I request something different than what you have listed?

Yes, I love to work with my clients to create a personalized creation. Please allow for the extra time and expense of creation, mockups, approval and final production.

Yes, I hand bend each Fur Angel sculpture at the time of ordering, so any breed of animal is definitely possible.

If you have good profile pictures of your Fur Baby, I can also use those to create a silhouette that follows their profile.

The wings that are used on my Fur Angels and Fantasy Masks are Silk Organza fabric. I print on the silk from my HP laser printer, cut each wing out individually (12 wings for each Fur Angel), and then assemble them.

Because they are fabric, you can use gentle heat to remove/add shape and wrinkles.

Although the galvanized wire and E-6000 adhesive are water proof, the ink printed on the fabric and the delicacy of the silk is best to be left dry and handling kept to a minimum.
