Hello, welcome to my shop!
Unfortunately, the USPS has just increased international shipping rates dramatically! If you have concerns about the cost of shipping for items (especially multiple items) purchased from my shop, please do not hesitate to contact me. You will pay only the actual cost to post the parcel, and any shipping charge overages will be promptly refunded to you!
Please make payment for items bought from my shop via Paypal immediately following your purchase.
I'll also accept US Postal Service money orders as payment.
I ship purchases within 24 hours of receiving payment Monday through Friday. Most purchases made before noon (PST) ship the same day (except on postal holidays and weekends, of course).
● Jewelry is shipped First Class Mail, domestically and internationally, in a padded envelope.
● Pottery under 3 pounds is shipped either Parcel Post or Priority Mail (stated in individual listings) and pottery over 3 pounds is shipped UPS ground domestically.
● International pottery orders are shipped First Class International up to 4 lbs. International buyers are responsible for any customs fees their purchase may incur.
I do use clean recycled boxes, peanuts and bubble wrap whenever available.
If you desire a shipping upgrade for a purchase you need quickly, please contact me so that I can make the adjustment. If I do not have shipping charges listed for your location, please convo me and I'll promptly calculate the postage.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be delighted with your purchase from my shop! If for any reason you are not satisfied, please convo me so that I can remedy the situation with a replacement or a refund (not including shipping charges)---whichever you prefer.

Regrettably, I'm unable to accept any new custom orders at this time.
I make every effort to accurately represent the colors of the items I sell---I include photos from several angles in each listing and compare the colors of my items to those displayed on my monitor to make sure they are the same. However, I cannot be certain that other monitors will display the colors as mine does---please feel free to ask questions if you have concerns about color accuracy (or about anything else regarding my items), I'm convo-friendly and happy to help :D.
