Her communication was fantastic. She answered all of my questions and was extremely kind and helpful. She was easy to work with and she was so patient with me. In the end I was able to get exactly what I wanted and I absolutely love everything.

The item was shipped to the customer. 2 attempts to deliver the item were attempted and eventually the item returned to israel, refunded less the shipping. Tracking will be given to whom would like to see for themselves.

We ship 1 Class Airmail from Israel.
All packages have tracking number and require signature on delivery. You can check tracking info and status via Etsy in your purchase details-click on the registration number.

Taxes and customs

Since Israel is not in the European union VAT for Europe and the USA or any other country is not included and may be charged upon entring your country.

Delay in parcel arrival

Please be aware that different destination have different procedures for customs clearance; some times tedious and tiring, so 14-21 business days with registered mail, 5-7 business days with ECO-post priority or 3-5 days with EMS is definitely not a commitment on our part, since we can only be responsible for what is in our hands.
