PAYMENT
Paypal is the only form of payment accepted at this time.

Payment should be made within 48 hours of purchase. However, I understand things happen, so please contact me if there is a delay in payment, so that we can work it out.

SHIPPING
All my Tutus are shipped in boxes to avoid getting crushed and include tracking through the USPS. I will convo you with the tracking # once your package is shipped. Please understand that these are stock photos and your order will be custom made for you when your order is placed. Times can be longer during the holiday seasons, so please check my current make time above. If you need a rush on a custom order please convo me before purchasing to see if that item can be shipped out sooner.

I cannot be responsible once your package has left my possesion if insurance is not purchased. If you would like to add insurance to your item(s), please convo me prior to purchasing and I will set up a custom order for you.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All Int'l shipping prices are for parcel post (please allow approx 3-4 weeks post time, in addition to creation time.) If you need it sooner, please convo me PRIOR to purchase so I can setup a different shipping method, and adjust the price accordingly.
