Items are made in a smoke-free home, though I do have a dog so you may find the occasional stray dog hair inside your package. :) I work very hard to keep the hair away from the jewelry, though!

Note: My charms are constructed in a way that makes them intended for frontal view only. I use a polymer clay adhesive on the backs of the items. This is for increased structural durability. The amount of glue on the back of the charm depends on the charm's purpose and details. There will be visible glue on the back of most of my charms, and there may also be imperfections on the backs. But they will look perfect from the front. :)
