5 out of 5 starsI love it !! This is a really cute apron. Seller was very quick to respond to my question and the shipping was really fast. I asked the seller about the neck being adjustable. It is not, but I think it would be fine for anyone. The seller offered to customize it a bit if I thought I needed it though. I bought this for a friend and it will be great for her. I am 5'11" .. if I were to order one for myself, I would ask for a slight customization to lower the waist ties a few inches.

4 out of 5 starsThe actual name is beautiful. Just be aware seller only does the "est 20.." as a "courtesy" and she no longer does it at all. It arrived in paint which took me by surprise. If you can get over that it's really well done on the lettering.

5 out of 5 starsThe sign is cute and vibrant. The shape of the sign is different which makes it unique. I am so glad the felt flowers are pink, yellow with bright green leaves. The white letters stand out against the dark stain. I decided to put it in our home school room. Thank you Lauren. Brandy

I was in constant communication with the buyer through the whole process. My husband was hospitalized and it set orders back for my shop. I refunded the customer's shipping costs, and paid the rush shipping charges out of my own pocket to ensure that the customer received their item on time. I let the buyer know that they would absolutely have their item on time as expected, and they did. It did not take them "bugging" me to ensure this. I'm disappointed they still felt the need to lower their rating. I strive to provide the best customer service with every order I receive. I am thankful for all of my customers, and thankful for the understanding (from most people) that life emergencies DO happen, and we can not always control the circumstances we are dealt.
