Great communcation before, during, and after the purchase process. Received updates on how my invites looked, and was able to customize every aspect. When some invitations arrived damaged (in the shipping process), seller took every feasible step to rectify the situation. A+ seller.

If there was a rating better than "Positive" for Julie, she'd get it. From the very moment I contacted her, she was so excited to help bring my vision to life. I loved that she was willing to let me as much or as little involved with the details of the invitations - she made me feel very comfortable to give her my basics (color, texture, high level design) and know she would take those ideas and make it THAT MUCH better. She is quick to respond, keeps you in the loop, and is sending you pictures of every part of the process for your approval. I looked everywhere for the perfect invitations and these were them! They are absolutely beautiful and I've received a ton of compliments. My only complaint is, the glue on the envelopes was not sufficient to close them. I had to use glue dots and glue lines to ensure the envelopes stayed closed. This was a small price to pay for beautiful invitations.

I ordered invitations for my baby shower. Julie cusomized my invitation in the colors and design that I wanted. I received my invitations way before promised which was amazing considering the detail that went into the invitations! I couldn't be happier with my invitations and will definitely be ordering from Julie again! Great customer service and immediate response from all my questions! :)
