This is a wonderful work of art. The attention to detail is all there and the service and follow-up matched. The brush has a good heft to it. I haven't used it yet, as was waiting for a new soap to arrive that is worthy of the brush. Knot seems to have a good blend of backbone and softness. Shipped quickly and without issue.

This is a beautiful brush. The workmanship is excellent and materials are good quality. I like the colors used in the resin to create a nice effect in different types of lighting and backgrounds. Western maple burl is a nice looking wood for a shaving brush with the lines and texture. And I selected synthetic silvertip knot, which works well with plenty of backbone for loading soaps and soft tips for face lathering.

The resin patterns are thoroughly modern and gorgeous, the wood is a nod to old world materials and craftsmanship and together, you have the perfect marriage of old and new. These designs are simple but functional, they feel great in the hand, the knots are top notch and the overall effect is just spectacular... wow...
