Care instructions
We only carry .925 sterling silver, 14K Rose Gold filled, and 14K Gold filled unless stated in the listings.
We will include a care tips card along with your new jewelry (not applicable for the add-on section).
Please handle it with care due to delicacy. We do not recommend wearing the jewelry to showering, sleeping, or swimming as the chemical may damage the jewelry.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Each item/set will arrive in a gift box, ribbon, and a care instruction card without an invoice, ready for gifting and treasure for a long time.

Return/ Exchange
These policies will apply on a case-by-case basis, we have the right to refuse the return for certain circumstances.
- For any returnable items, there is a $6 restocking fee.
- It's FINAL SALE for orders with more than 3+ items.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

- The returned item must be postmarked within 14 days of the originally delivered date base on the postmark.
- Unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with the original condition and original package, etc...
- Please pack with care when shipping the item back, there will be a 50% - 90% restocking fee if the returned item is in bad condition: unable to resale, neglected by the buyer, tangled chain, broken stone, tarnish...etc.
