If payment is not received within 4 days, I will send a message to you through Etsy Conversation. If there is no response within another 2 days, the order will be canceled for lack of payment.

I ship internationally.
After your payment, you should expect an email with information about shipping of your purchased item.
I ship within 3-5 hours in working days.
I use Fedex for its safe and fast delivery. For Fedex delivery I'll need your phone number, too, besides your address. Please add an address where the mails can find you in working hours.
Delivery time depends on your location. It's only one day in Europe, 2-4 days to everywhere else.
If your items are not delivered, after 15 days please contact me!
I always carefully pack the items. If any damage happens, or you are not contented please do contact me.

You also need to provide me your phone number for the succesful delivery.

I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use. -Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services. -Compliance with laws. Data Retention
