Welcome to my shop, The Buttercup and Thistle. My shop is based on items that I have enjoyed creating, and hopefully you will enjoy using in your home.

I have always loved the idea of hand making something special to give to cherished friends or a special loved one. I know when I receive a handmade gift from someone, I really feel quite honored, and I hope to recreate that same feeling in my shop.
I've just launched my line of soap, and love the idea of having a special little handmade gift for a friend when they come for tea. My soaps also make great favors for a shower or an afternoon get together with friends.

I also make realistic looking floral arrangements and unique wreaths. My supplies are top of the line and certainly pieces of art in itself. I would love to work with your color palattes, your creative ideas, or favorite textures to help create something very special for you.
