5 out of 5 starsAwesome stamp - exactly as advertised. I asked if it could be mounted on cling foam - yes, indeed, was the answer - and it works like a champ!

4 out of 5 starsNice stamp, but I wish it had a base other than just the foam backing. I still like it!

Care instructions
My hand carved rubber stamps are made of durable and long lasting vinyl rubber. They can be washed with water, and dried with a paper towel. Some staining of the material occurs depending on the inks you use, but it in no way damages the quality of the image produced by the stamp.
Mounting
Normally I mount stamps to 6mm black foam. This gives the user something to hold onto and allows you to apply firm pressure to the back of the stamp. Foam mounting is free. If you use acrylic or acetate mounting blocks, I can also mount your stamp to cling foam free of charge upon request. I don't recommend wood mounting for all my stamps, especially larger ones, since it will effect the quality of the image the stamps produces in some cases. However I will work with you if you want a wood mounted stamp, and a minimum of a $10 mounting fee will be added to the price of the stamp.
Ink to Use
Ink is not included in your purchase but any type of ink can be used with my hand carved stamps. I love the Staz-On solvent inks for paper, wood, fabric, and even non-porous surfaces like glass! They do stain your stamp, but that does not effect the ability for the stamp to make great images. Pigment inks like Colorbox and Brillance are bold and opagque, they just take a bit longer to dry, and they really should only be used on paper. Dye based inks dry really fast and are water soluble, and they have a watercolor type look on paper. Whatever ink you choose, my stamps can handle it for years to come.
