My name is Jamie and I weave wall art and dabble in various crafts from my home studio (nook in my room/living area) in Gainesville, FL. I started weaving in 2014 when I needed a new artistic outlet that wasn't as messy as oil paints. My love for fiber arts has grown and expanded with time. I use only natural fibers and try to source them from small businesses as often as possible.
I am furthering my education in attempt to be an Art History Professor one day. My fiancé John and I have three cats (Kasia, Trax, and Willow) and a little mouse named Lorna whom we love as if they were our children.
Inspiration for my work is largely associated with my surroundings and happenings in life. All pieces are created with specific intention and I hope that they are received and loved in their new homes!
