You can do this from a phone, laptop or desktop, just not from the app. Go to the Etsy homepage under "Purchases and Reviews" and you will see the download link beside your order. If you cannot find your file there you must contact Etsy directly - as an individual seller I am not able to help with technical issues. Thank you.

Etsy doesn't allow you to download your pattern from the Etsy app. If you've purchased a digital pattern, please get to a web browser on a laptop or desktop computer and you will find the link to download your pattern under "Purchases and Reviews" right beside your order. Thank you.
