*CURRENTLY NOT TAKING CUSTOM ORDERS* Unfortunately due to my work load & number or current projects, I cannot do any custom orders. If you'd like to send me an etsy convo about something you'd like done, I will reply as soon as time allows. Thank you for your patience & understanding.
Timeline: For nursery prints & invitations, current production time is running longer than usual due to the amount of custom orders. You should have a proof within 3-5 business days after your order is placed. Your final digital file will then be sent to your email within 2-4 business days of approving the proof. If you need rush shipping or a quicker turnaround, let me know & I will do my best to accomodate! :)
Chalkboard prints will be emailed to you within 3 business days, although usually much sooner.
Digital files can be requested as a PDF or JPEG - please specify which you would like when making a purchase. For PDF files,THESE FILES ARE COMPATIBLE WITH PCs ONLY, so if you use a Mac, you may have issues viewing & printing the file, so please plan accordingly to print the final files on a PC.
