Each piece is designed and made by myself using a variety of techniques and materials. The photographs and descriptions on this site are a reasonable representation of the size and style of the piece but there may be very slight differences between finished items due to the techniques used and the availability of materials.
My work is made from silver and gold and, where the design allows, the pieces are hallmarked at the London Assay Office. If you need confirmation as to whether a piece is hallmarked then please don't hesitate to contact me.

Shipping
Shipping of all items will be within 3 working days of the payment being cleared unless I notify you of a delay. Most orders will be dispatched within 48 hours. For international buyers, I do not take responsibility for any delay by your postal service once your item has left the UK. Confirmation of postage can be given on request at the time of order
Overseas sales.
I cannot accept responsibility for delays at customs and the buyer will be responsible for all local taxes.
Additional policies and FAQs
All jewellery items are packed in a presentation box. They will be posted in a padded envelope so they should always reach you in good condition. I cannot accept responsibility for items damaged in transit but I will do everything I can to deal with either Royal mail or FedEx to request an Insurance claim.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact me as soon as possible so I can stop any materials being purchased. It is the responsibility of the buyer to inform me of any changes to their circumstances should you have an order placed which cannot be completed in payment.
