I loved the design of these and Jennifer had them made to my custom colors and sizing. However, it took more 8 months to get to me, and i felt like the seller was stringing me along. I asked for a refund twice along the way and was told to please wait a little while longer for my order to arrive. This went on for months. I was planning to buy a few more pieces as the design is so unique and wonderful, but i'm afraid with the poor customer service, I won't be placing any more orders from this seller.

It's just "okay". Took forever to get here (along with my other order from them). Felt strung along for many months by the seller. when it finally came it and it felt flimsy. Might wear it...might not. It's just so-so.

Took many, many months too receive. I think they forgot about my orders. Wasn't;t thrilled by the quality when it finally did come in. Feels kinda cheap. Strange not to have opening at the bottom of the blouse from my body (by design), so the kimono constantly pulls at my shoulders. Wouldn't order again.

I tried to order a top a second time on September 22nd... the first time about 4 years ago I was put off for a small eternity with the greatest excuses and this time my second order attempt has been delayed for almost 1/2 a year ( !!!) in my order list...... I actually wanted to test with the order whether the saleswoman/tailor is reputable. I don't know how the other customers got their orders and whether the reviews are actually real. Who knows.... I just find this kind of behavior very annoying, this time they weren't even informed why the order wasn't processed or even ignored. I did not suffer any damage that I could complain about here. As well... no goods, no damage :))))) just saying...

This shop has a genius designer and creator! I couldn't find shorts that satisfied me anywhere else. I bought a pair last year, and since then, I've ordered three more. Although it takes some time for them to arrive, the quality of the shorts is worth the wait!

Handmade, high quality, bright & beautiful. Unique & comfortable. The top arrived day of travel (to Cape Verde) & was the brightest garment at the airport! I absolutely love it. Thank you 🤩. Worth the wait. Wishing you a very Merry Christmas. Xx

The clothes are great. Highly recommended. But... They always arrive much later (e.g. shipping label created - still nothing happens for weeks/days, or orders were sent to the wrong address). Correspondence friendly, but also difficult... Answers to questions about the status quo of individual parts or the tracking ID usually remained unanswered for a long time and required multiple inquiries (up to 7 unanswered messages, each a few days apart).

I love the short! They are perfect. Made just right for my size and it fits so nicely. Hugs every places. Love it. Definitely will come back for more.

I love everything I got from Jen and everyone else reviewing her work is so very right - I want more!!! I want more stuff from Jen. everything is so well made and sized to fit your body, and she was the loveliest in checking in with me about the colors and patterns. Very responsive, sweet, kind person. AND I am stoked to shop from an actual artist, a designer rather than a store. also, while I was at the giant pool party I got this set for, several people stopped me to tell me I looked great and to ask where I got the swim suit!! that had never happened to me before. :) :) :) thank you, Jen!
