Life is hard but it's also beautiful and incredibly funny. I want to run headfirst and do all of it!

I've been through deployments and I've learned that nothing that we think is really super duper important is actually so. Love, brotherhood, kindness, family, friends, animals to love..those are what makes life beautiful. Anything other than that are champagne problems.

I have lots of ideas so I do lots of different things; pattern design, apparel, ceramics, illustration, dolls, sculpture...I illustrate every image on my merchandise, carve every line in clay, sculpt every detail by hand and package every piece of pottery or sculpture. I am over the moon thrilled when someone gets joy out of something that I have created. Nothing is more exciting to me. It's kinda like when you tell a good joke and the entire room busts out laughing. That feeling. It's a good one. It means a connection has been made. If I can reach out and connect someone and bring a little single serve piece of joy into their lives?, yeah, that's what I aim to do. 'Cause life is hard. Why not try to have some fun?!
