SHIPPING POLICY:
Regular FREE shipping in Canada and International order DO NOT PROVIDE TRACKING. If you need tracking please select the upgraded shipping. Our FREE shipping option is letter mail and there is no guarantee on shipping times but they are estimated below.
All orders to the USA are shipped with Tracking via USPS.
Canada: 1-2 weeks
USA: 1-2 weeks
International: 2-6 weeks
Orders over $50 will be upgraded to tracking for free within Canada.
Sometimes items can become delayed due to customs, weather conditions and/or current COVID circumstances. Please select upgraded shipping if you need your item quickly or prefer to be able to track your shipment.
Orders take 1-2 business days to complete, this does not include shipping time. Customs and duties may apply depending on location as is the purchasers responsibility to pay.

Care Instructions + What Does Gold / Silver Plating Mean?
Gold or Silver plated pieces are composed of a layer of gold or silver bonded to brass. Because of this, it is normal for the plating to fade over time. How fast the plating fades depends on several different factors such as; your skin’s acidity, how often you wear the piece and the activities you do while wearing the piece.
To ensure your piece stays sparkly for a long time, make sure to remove all jewelry before showering, swimming or any other contact with water which will tarnish the jewelry. Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, sunscreens or any other chemicals. After wearing the piece, it is best to clean it with a dry cloth and store it in a cool, dry place such as your organza pouch.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Each necklace comes in its own ready to gift organza pouch and no price receipts are included in the parcel. If you'd like a custom note written with your order let us know in the note box or gift message box!

Exchanges
We are happy to adjust/change your jewelry if you are not 100% satisfied.
Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your jewelry if you would like to exchange a length, size or pendant.
Please note the buyer will be responsible for any shipping fees to send the item back for an exchange.
Tarnish / Damage Policy
Tarnish within 14 days is not normal or reflective of the quality of products we offer, please contact us and we will replace the item.
Tarnish can sometimes happen over time with consistent wear with plated items. How fast the plating fades depends on several different factors such as; your skin’s acidity, how often you wear the piece and the activities you do while wearing the piece. Please follow care instructions to prolong the life of your plated jewelry!
Damages
We will replace broken items within THREE MONTHS of purchase. Please send us a photo of where your item broke.
Will my order have a tracking number?
All orders to the USA are sent WITH TRACKING. All other areas are sent via letter mail with NO TRACKING. Any orders within Canada over $50 will receive upgraded tracking at no cost.
Tracking is available at checkout if you would like. Once your order ships with tracking you will receive this tracking number by email. Use this to stay updated on where your order is, unfortunately we do not have more information that what is provided with the tracking number.
Orders within Canada ship via Canada Post.
USA ships with USPS.
International via Canada Post/Local postal services.
Please contact us if you do not receive your order with 30 days (USA and CANADA) or 60 days (INTERNATIONAL).
