All items arrive in a hand stamped eco-friendly kraft box tied with ribbon. Included are care instructions and a storage bag to keep your jewelry looking beautiful. As many of my orders are gifts, I will not include an invoice in your package.

Unfortunately, I can't meet up with you. I work out of my home studio, so I don't have a place where I can meet customers. I'm a one woman show - I design and create the jewelry, photograph it, pack and ship orders, etc. and I receive many questions throughout the day, so I may not always be able to respond instantaneously.
Custom and personalized orders
Vermeil is gold plated sterling silver. The gold is usually 18K or higher, up to pure 24K gold. Vermeil has a lot more gold than other gold plated pieces. Vermeil is regulated by the FTC and has to have a minimum gold thickness of 2.5 microns on all surfaces. A Vermeil piece of jewelry is made entirely of precious metals, which gives the piece an intrinsic value. Vermeil jewelry should maintain the look of yellow gold for many, many years. Sometimes it tarnishes, but can be easily cleaned to look brand new.
WHAT IS 14K GOLD FILL?
Gold filled is a layer of gold that is bonded to a base metal (usually brass) through heat and high pressure. It's a quality alternative to solid gold, offering all of the same characteristics (strength, durability, beauty, etc.) but at a fraction of the cost. Gold fill jewelry should maintain the look of yellow gold for many, many years.- it does not flake off, rub off or turn colors. Sometimes it tarnishes, but can be easily cleaned to look brand new.
Custom and personalized orders
All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail International. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Online tracking services are available for items sent to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Belgium, Great Britain, Germany, France, Netherlands, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Switzerland, Israel and Brazil. Tracking to other countries may not be available once your package departs the United States. Delivery can take anywhere from 1 - 6 weeks to arrive, depending on the length of time your local customs office holds parcels for inspection. I cannot be responsible for any delays in delivery due to customs. Before making your purchase, please be aware that your country may charge you a customs fee at the time you receive your par
